Firaxis Feature Workshop: Natural Wonders Don't Provide Adjacency Bonuses After Being Conquered
The adjacency yield bonus provided by Natural Wonders is lost when the player conquers the Natural Wonder from another player's settlement.
Workaround: After creating and loading a save file, the adjacency yield bonus from the Natural Wonder applies correctly.
