Crashing After Setting Tooltip Delay To 0.0 Seconds
After setting the Tooltip Delay to 0.0 seconds, the game will crash when assigning Resources or selecting a Civilization.
Workaround: Change the Tooltip Delay setting to be above 0.0 seconds.
