Unable to End Turn When Selecting "Next Turn"
The player can't end their turn after clicking “Next Turn” during gameplay. The game says “Please Wait” before showing “Next Turn” again.
Workaround: Some players have reported that save/loading and reinstalling has fixed the issue.
We need some help from the community to investigate this one! If you encounter this issue, please submit a ticket to 2K Support with the following information:
- A save file where this issue occurs. This can be found in Documents/MyGames/Sid Meier’s Civilization VII/Saves
- A zipped copy of your game's Log file. This can be found in AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII

This should be fixed in Patch 1.2.4.
