Tooltip Shows Wrong Amount of HP or Gold Gained
When pillaging a Rural tile on Online speed, the healed HP number on the tooltips is half of the actual healed HP. For example, the number of healing HP on the tooltips is 15, but the unit receives 30 HP.
This also occurs when gaining Gold by pillaging a Rural tile.
