UI Menus Are Cut off With 4:3 Aspect Ratio

When launching the title with a 4:3 Aspect Ratio and an 800x600 Resolution,
multiple menus on the Main Menus and in-game will be severely cut off.

    The 4:3 aspect ratio is only intended to support resolutions above 1280x720, any resolution below that is not supported and will appear cut off.
