Monastery Happiness Bonus Will Stack
When multiple Monasteries are built in the same Settlement, the Happiness bonus is multiplied on each Monastery by the amount of Monasteries built.

This should now be fixed with Update 1.1.1.
This is currently planned to be addressed in a future update.
