Siglo de Oro Discount Not Working
Spain's ability "Siglo de Oro" is not reducing the cost of converting a Town to a City.

After further investigation we've clarified that the functionality of the Siglo de Oro Discount is working as intended, and the patch does not change this.
With this we'll be marking this post as Answered. Currently the only known issue can be tracked on the 2nd post here: Siglo de Oro Ability Description is Missing Information
This is currently planned to be addressed in a future update.
This should now be fixed with Update 1.1.1.
