Completing Oxford University Gives Same Tech Twice
When completing the Oxford University Wonder in the Modern Age you may see the same Tech pop-up twice.
This is a visual issue. You are receiving both the Base and the Mastery Tech, but the first pop-up will be for the Mastery Tech.
