The adjacency arrows that appear when placing a building that has adjacency bonuses will only appear the first time the user attempts to place a building after loading a save file. If the user places the building or cancels placing the building, these adjacency arrows cannot be viewed again during the placement of any buildings except the first time after the user loads a save file.
