'Open Borders' Action Still Active After Rejecting Alliance
When an ‘alliance diplomatic action’ is sent while ‘Open Borders’ is active, rejecting the alliance will still show that open borders is active in Diplomacy menu.
Players will also be unable to move units into that territory despite ‘Open Borders’ still appearing.
