After further investigation we believe the majority of these reports are from PC players who do not meet the minimum hardware specifications or have outdated GPU drivers.
If you're crashing during Age Transition on Steam, follow these steps: 1) Check that you've got the most up to date version of your Graphics Card drivers. 2) Check to make sure you meet the Minimum Specifications. 3) Verify the integrity of the install.
If these steps don't help, you can Contact Support using the link at the top of the page. Please also provide your computer's DxDiag and MSinfo files when reaching out about crashes.

If this issue started happening after the 11/4/2025 update, please try the following steps:
