Owned DLC Customization Items Appear Locked

Customization items from purchasing DLC display as Locked, despite the DLC being owned and installed.

Affected items:

Badges:

Badge for Deluxe Content Pack
Badge for Founder’s Pack

Banners:

Banner for Deluxe Content Pack
Banner for Founder’s Pack

Titles:

Beyond the Horizon
Founder of Civilization

Workaround:

Start a game (New Game or Load a save), exit to the Main Menu, and view the customization items again.

This has been fixed for all platforms in Patch 1.1.0!
