Elizabeth: Trade Lens Shows Incorrect "Out Of Range" Warning
When playing as Elizabeth, the Trade Lens may incorrectly display an "Out of Range" warning, instead of explaining that a naval trade route is blocked because the target Settlement's water building is on an inland sea.
