Firaxis Feature Workshop: Water Resources Are Substituted For Whale Resources in the Exploration Age
Water resources that substitute Whale Resources in the Exploration Age aren't updating properly and are still provided as the iteration from the previous age. E.g., A tile with a Turtle Resource still gives a Turtle Resource to the player, even though the icon appears as a Whale Resource.
