Firaxis Feature Workshop: Unique Quarter 'Ekallu' Doesn't Revert to Player Control After Negotiating a Peace Treaty

An enemy-occupied Unique Quarter 'Ekallu' does not automatically revert to the player's control upon signing a Peace Treaty and displays as if still being captured by the Civilization that the player originally went to war with, even after the "District Liberated" text appears. Control is regained only after manually moving a friendly unit directly onto the tile.
