Firaxis Feature Workshop: Mirroring Option Doesn't Work During Age Transition
After enabling the "Mirroring" option for "AI Civ Selection: Age Transition" in the Advanced Options, the AI fails to replicate the player's choice during the transition. Specifically, even if the player chooses to retain their current Civilization for the next Age, the AI ignores this and switches to a new Civilization.

This has been fixed in the Firaxis Feature Workshop March 2026 version.
This is planned to be addressed in a future update.
