Cavalry Units Don't Respawn Correctly With The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus
When a Cavalry Unit is killed after building the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, the Cavalry Unit fails to respawn in the closest settlement. Instead, it spawns in the Capital City.
