Happiness from Appeal Lost After Transitioning to Modern Age
After transitioning to the Modern Age, rural tiles with Happiness from Appeal in the previous age that are not adjacent to the city center will lose the Happiness bonus. Additionally, unimproved tiles with Happiness from Appeal will lose the bonus after being improved.
