Suffetes Civic won't apply to Settlements after the civic is adopted
After changing the town focus to Mining or Fishing/Farming and choosing the Suffetes Policy, it does not apply as expected to the settlements.
Workaround: Please try unslot and reslot the Suffetes Policy and it should give the correct yields.
