Naval Units Crossing Land Tiles
During Modern Age gameplay, the Fleet Commander and Battleship can be adjacent to one tile land with hostile units on the other side on water. Once the Barrage Land Target is activated on an embarked unit, the naval units can cross land tiles. The units that cross land can be moved afterward.
