PC to Console Cross-Play Not Working

Cross-Play is available on Civilization VII between all platforms, but there are a few exceptions!

The first exception is after a major patch. Sometimes one platform will receive a patch update before other platforms which makes it incompatible with Cross-Play. This will usually be called out in the Patch Notes, which you can find HERE.

The second exception is if you don't have a 2K Account linked. A linked 2K account is required to access multiplayer and play online.
