Specialists Removed from Settlements During Age Transition

When transitioning from one Age to another, Settlements lose all Specialists from the previous Age once they finish selecting their Legacy Cards.

This has been fixed for all platforms in Patch 1.1.0!

This has been fixed on Steam and Epic in Patch 1.0.1 Patch 3!
- Addressed an issue where some users reported experiencing Specialists being removed from Settlements when confirming the Legacy Cards from Age Transition.
