Setup Error: Installer is Missing

When installing the game, players receive a Setup error 'Installer is missing'.

Workarounds: 

• Ensure you select English, French, Italian, German, or Spanish when prompted to choose the language of your Steam installer.
• Install Steam prior to running the Civilization V installer. Once done, run the setup again. It will detect that you already have Steam installed and continue to the game install.
