[PS4/PS5] Black Screen on PlayStation

For Civilization VI players on PlayStation consoles that experience a game crash and on re-launch only see a black screen, we have some troubleshooting steps to try:

1. One of the first steps is always clearing your cache. On a console, you can check our guide here.
2. Another common workaround would be uninstalling and reinstalling the game. 
3. The last step we've found that can allow you to relaunch your game without the black screen is deleting all Civilization VI save files on your console.
• You'll need to delete save data from both your local storage on the console and from Cloud storage. If you're not sure how to do that you can check out this page for PS4 and this page for PS5.
• Please note that you'll lose all current progress on any active save files and we'll be unable to recover them for you. That's why this is the last thing to try.

None of these are a lot of fun, but hopefully one of them will get you back in the game!
