[PC] No Compatible Graphics Device Found

This error generally has three causes.

1. Your graphics card (GPU) does not support DX11, which is required to run Civilization 6.
2. Launching Civilization VI in DX12 mode without a DX12-compatible graphics card.
3. Steam will default to launching through DX12 when using a desktop shortcut, even if you have DX11 selected in your launch options.

If you've been using a desktop shortcut to open the game, you can try going to your Steam Library and pressing the Play button. That should open up a small Launch Options menu, which will allow you to launch using DX11.
