[PC] Stuck on Terms of Service Agreement

Players are unable to select the Agree or Disagree options when at the Terms of Service Agreement.

Workaround: 

  1. Check the scaling settings in Windows display options and set it to "No Scaling".
  2. Delete the AppOptions.txt file. The default path for the AppOptions.txt file is C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI, where [USERNAME] is your Windows user account.
