[PS4/PS5] Stuck on Black Screen with Gear

After the console update adding the Challenge of the Month to consoles, players get stuck on a black screen with a loading gear when launching the game.

Workaround: 

• Change your console language to English, launch the game, and then change it back.
• Uninstall the game, delete all Civilization save data (local and Cloud saves), and then reinstall.
