Camera Functionality Enabled While Sub-Menus are Open

While using mouse and keyboard, some camera functionality is not disabled while reviewing certain submenus. This can allow the user to zoom the camera in and out while scrolling through sub-menus, and scrolling both simultaneously.

This has been seen with Production lists, ‘Choose Legacies’, and City menus.
