Switch: Multiplayer Unavailable
We are aware of reports from players on Nintendo Switch that they are unable to connect to any Multiplayer games. This may show up as a "Can't Play Online" error message.
This is actively being investigated.

The outage has been resolved and online multiplayer is now available for Civilization VII on Switch. Thanks for hanging in there!
