No Codices Awarded After Completing Research

Codices may not unlock after completing research for Techs or Civics (Ex: Military Training II, Navigation II, Mathematics II, Engineering II or Literacy) and previously unlocking any other codex.

Workaround: None

This should now be fixed with Update 1.2.0.
