'Unrest' Status Displayed in Settlement UI After Natural Disasters

Settlements damaged by natural disasters, such as floods or volcano explosions, can display an unintended "unrest" status. Settlements can still use production and purchase despite the ‘unrest’ status being active.

This should now be fixed with Update 1.1.1.
