Norman: Bayeux Tapestry Policy Doesn't Provide Increased Culture
When playing in Exploration or Modern Age, the Bayeux Tapestry policy doesn't provide the increased Culture bonus for conquered settlements.

This is planned to be addressed in a future update.
This should now be fixed with Update 1.1.1.
We've received new reports of this issue happening and have reopened the post.
