PlayStation: Crashing frequently when playing on PS5
Civilization VII players on PS4/PS5 experience an unexpected crash during gameplay. This may show as PlayStation Error Code CE-108255-1.
The team is aware of the increase in reports from PS5 players and is planning on stability improvements in a later patch.

We've received reports that a full reinstallation has significantly reduced the frequency with which players encounter this loss of functionality.
This is currently planned to be addressed in a future update.
