PC: UI Appears Black After Adjusting HDR Settings

When rapidly adjusting the HDR settings up and down the title will present a black screen. After closing out the game, the settings will maintain causing the game to launch with a black screen.

Workaround:

Delete your GraphicsOptions.txt file and it will be recreated when launching the game.

This should be fixed with the latest update.
