Unable to Confirm Custom Religion Name

When typing in a custom Religion name during the Exploration Age, the "Confirm" button is greyed out and cannot be selected.

Workaround: Select the Pencil icon to the right of the text box after typing to set your custom Religion name. Then select the "Confirm" button.
