Tourism Total Doesn't Immediately Update After Constructing Aerodrome

The Tourism total doesn't update immediately upon the completion of the Aerodrome. The +3 Tourism bonus per Unique Building is not applied to the global total until the game is forced to recalculate yields from Unique Buildings. If the player doesn't have access to Unique Buildings in the Modern Age due to playing a Modern Civ that has Unique Improvements instead, they cannot benefit from the effect despite having constructed Unique Buildings in previous ages.
