Line of Sight Inconsistently Applies To Howitzer And Assault Gun Units

When attack Howitzer and Assault Gun units individually, they ignore vegetation. However, when ordered to attack with the Commander's "Focus Fire" ability, they act as if their Line of Sight is blocked by the vegetation.
