Shawnee: Treasure Resources Don't Count For Kispoko Nena'to Unit Combat Bonus

Treasure Resources function as Empire Resources and are located at the 'Empire' tab under the 'Empire Resources' section within the Commerce Screen. However, the Kispoko Nena'to units only receive Combat Bonuses from non-Treasure Empire resources when attacking.
