World Wonder Yield Preview Doesn't Show District Bonus Yields

When trying to place a Wonder that affects Districts and Improvements, such as Petra, the yield preview of placing the Wonder will only take the Improvements into consideration and not the Districts.
This also occurs the other way around, when already having the Wonder built and attempting to build a building on an empty desert tile, there will be no preview of the yield the Wonder gives to new Districts.
Once those are built, however, the yields are applied properly.
