Production Menu Flickers And Scrolls When Adding Multiple Units to Queue

When adding units to the build queue, the Production menu will flicker and scroll according to the unit added as if to focus on that unit in the menu, but will instead jump between 2 specific scroll locations. This issue also occurs with the Resource menu.
