Multiplayer: Turn Progress Can Appear Blocked on Narrative Event, Discovery Choice, and Other Prompts

Narrative Events, Discovery Choices, and other similar turn progress prompts may stop functioning correctly and make the application appear locked.

Workaround: Click the Chat Toggle button and press the ESC key. The turn progress prompt should now function as expected.
