Multiplayer: Can't Accept Invites Without Launching The Game

When an invited player accepts a multiplayer invitation from the main menu without first launching the game, the pop-up “Can’t Play Online – The server answer has timed out” will appear in Main Menu, and the invited player will be unable to join the lobby.
