Firaxis Feature Workshop: Yield Preview Appears On Already Improved Tiles
The yield preview appears on previously improved tiles when trying to place a second Growth event. If the player tries to improve a tile in a different settlement, the yield preview will appear on all improved tiles in the previous settlement.
Workaround: This can be fixed by closing and opening the Growth lens.
