Firaxis Feature Workshop: Religious Beliefs Trigger Multiple Times When A Settlement Already Converted Changes Ownership
When a Settlement that has already been converted changes ownership to another opposing Civilization, if the converted Settlement meets the player’s Reliquary Belief condition to obtain a Relic, the player obtains additional Relics.
Note: The Settlement needs to be founded by another Civilization
