Firaxis Feature Workshop: Greece's Xenia II Tradition Doesn't Apply Influence Bonus

The Xenia II Tradition for Greece (Modern Age) does not apply its intended +50% Influence modifier to the Befriend Independent project. While the Culture bonus functions correctly, the Diplomatic cost reduction is currently missing.
