AI Leaders Will Accept Unreasonable Peace Deals
When AI offers a peace deal: If the player chooses a settlement, the AI Leader will reject this deal. If the player chooses a settlement that the AI accepts and then chooses a settlement that it rejected before, the AI player will accept to give both settlements to the player.
When a player offers a peace deal: The AI Leader will accept the peace offer when the player requests a settlement from the AI.
