Aircraft Carrier Allows Packing Multiple Squadron Commanders

An Aircraft Carrier with a packed Squadron Commander appears as available when attempting to rebase another Squadron Commander during Modern Gameplay. This allows users to pack a second Squadron Commander onto the same Aircraft Carrier. The second Squadron Commander is placed on a water tile, and all their packed air units are moved onto the Aircraft Carrier.
