Controller: Can't See Remaining Turns for "Propose Peace"

The “Propose Peace” button can’t be highlighted or selected when using a controller, causing players to be unable to preview the remaining turns until a Peace Deal can be proposed.

    This should now be fixed with Update 1.2.0.
