The Sting of Iron Narrative Choices Show the Same Reward
When choosing between the two options "Establish the ironworkers in the
capital" and "Build forges everywhere", the tooltips show the same reward for both: "-3 Happiness on Blacksmith"

This should now be fixed with Update 1.1.1.
This is currently planned to be addressed in a future update.
