Legacy Path: Outdated Text in Treasure Fleet Milestone

When viewing the 5th Treasure Fleet Legacy Path milestone in the Age Progress screen, there will be text asking the player to use the Create Treasure Fleet action with any Distant Ally.

This text is not accurate.
